Health Law

Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states, “Everyone has the right to live.” provision is included. However, in article 25 of the same declaration, the right to health has been accepted as a fundamental human right.

In this context, health law is a branch of law that protects the rights of patients and physicians and guides the management of this relationship in parallel with the fundamental rights of the individual.
