Banking and Finance Law

Banking and Finance Law regulates the establishment, organizational structuring, operation and fields of activity, supervision and termination of banks. One of the most important and comprehensive fields of activity of Banking Law is banking transactions.

Banking transactions are regulated in the Banking Law No. 5411 and are supervised by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, which is a public legal entity and autonomous institution.
